The Suwannee County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office has a new service available to assist pro se litigants called TurboCourt. This is an interactive online program that assists the public in completing the Supreme Court approved legal forms to be filed with the court. This is a Do-it-Yourself electronic forms service (for a fee) and does not require a lawyer. Find out more. | |

Due to the merger/elimination of the Suwannee Democrat, the only Suwannee County newspaper that met advertising requirements in Florida Statutes Chapter 50 and elsewhere, the Clerk’s Office will now be advertising legal notices in the Lake City Reporter. If you are required to post legal notices related to Clerk’s Office matters, please contact the Reporter at 386.752.1293.
